I started out with We Make Young Stars when I was 18 and still at university. I have since become a full-time employee and it has been the best thing that has happened in my life. I absolutely love my work, I have coached players who play for QPR U21s, Southampton 1st Team, Brentford 1st team and a vast number of talented players. I know I have impacted the lives of many children and families and have really enjoyed the responsibilities given to me as the company has grown. If a coach is keen to develop a career in football coaching, they should start their journey with We Make Young Stars.

Iuri Baptista

Academy Director

We Make Young Stars was my first ever coaching job and it turned into a full-time career for me. I have been the impact I have had on the company and how important I have been made to feel in the company and it’s really rewarding to work where you are so valued. We have made this a great company to work for, and we will ensure every staff member at any level feels welcomed and cared for in the company

We Make Young Stars is fantastic. Our daughter has enjoyed many hours of football training on Saturday mornings and in the holidays. What a great way to motivate kids with sport, teach them to win, to lose, to support others and to strive to be the best they can.

The youngest age you can start our weekly sessions from is 4 (although some children start at 3 and a half). However we tend to advise parents to try a class first, as it can be more challenging than other classes aimed at children between 2-3 years old.
